The journey to the UK… arriving in Taipei very early in the morning was quite the experience. First thing that hit was the humidity. Oh boy. Quite the change from 5 degrees in Melbourne! Wasn’t my habituate airport to be stuck in for 4 hours! Staff were lovely, seat was your typical economy seat. Food, not so great on the second leg, they thought gluten free meant I can’t have protein. Thankfully they had some extra food, but I will be packing up own snacks for the trip home!
